The Penn Squash Camp’s purpose is to help beginner, intermediate, and elite players develop their game in our brand new, world-class facility. Campers receive elite-level instruction from the Penn’s Head Coaches. Staff accolades include: top 50 PSA world ranking, National and Ivy Championships, United States Olympic Committee Coach and Athlete of the Year, multiple All-American and All-Ivy award winners. We focus on technique, tactics, mental toughness, fitness and goal setting. Campers will graduate better players and take home concepts to work on in preparation for next season!

Refund Policy:

Penn Squash Camp reserves the right to cancel a week due to insufficient numbers. In this case, the camp fee will be returned with exception of the processing fee. Full refunds (expect processing fees) issued if requested 21 days prior to the start of camp.


Daily Schedule

Time: Description:
8:45am Day Camper Drop Off
9:00am Squash Routines / Technical Training / Fitness Training Campers split into groups where they work closely with coaches on technique and tactics. At the same time one group of campers will get fitness instruction from Penn’s strength and conditioning coaches in the varsity weight room. Each morning will be dedicated to a specific idea which will then be implemented in the afternoon sessions.
11:30am Stretching Cool down, stretch and review of the morning session.
12:00PM Lunch
1:45PM Dynamic Warm-up
2:00PM Condition Games/ Match Play/ Video Analysis Campers will apply lessons learned in the morning session against fellow campers and coaches. In between games the coaching staff will provide extensive tactical suggestions that will focus on indvidual growth. Also alongside a coach, campers will analyze video of their own play from the day before. Penn’s facility automatically records all camp sessions allowing for analysis sessions to take place.
4:30pm Cool Down A review of the day will take place where each camper will do a self assessment in order to gain a better understanding of what they are accomplishing. Campers depart.
