JUNE 16 - 21, JUNE 23 - 28, 2019

The Penn Squash Camp is designed to help beginner, intermediate, and elite players develop their game at a world-class institution in one of America's great cities, Philadelphia. Campers will receive elite level instruction from the Penn coaches as well as a wealth of knowledge from the world’s best. The staff boasts accolades including: top 50 PSA world ranking, US National Champions, United States Olympic Committee Coach and Athletes of the Year and multiple All-American and All-Ivy award winners. This expertise will help campers reach their goals on and off the court. We will focus on technique, tactics, mental toughness, goal setting, and physical fitness. The improvement in each of these areas will give you a better understand of the game as well as help take your game to new heights. Open to all kids ages 10-18. All campers will receive a camp t-shirt with their participation in camp. All food and activities are covered through registration fees.

Refund Policy:

Penn Squash Camp reserves the right to cancel a week due to low numbers. If this is the case, all money will be returned with the exception of the processing fee. If the participant cancels before May 25th they will receive all money back with the exception of the processing fee. If the participant cancels after June 1st all money with the exception of $600 and processing fee will be returned to participant.

9:00am-11:30amRoutines, Drills, and Technique work/ Work with Trainers
Players will be split up into two groups throughout the week where players will work closely with top level coaches as they go through routines, Drills, and technical work to improve their play. Another group will head to our gym facility to be taught the proper way to train in the gym, giving you the best opportunity to excel physically!
11:30amStretching
During this time players will cool down and use the time to go over what was learned in the morning session and apply that to the matches and gameplay in the afternoon.
12:30-2:00pmLunch
A healthy lunch will be provided in order for everyone to replenish their energy for the afternoon session.
2:00pm-3:30pm Video Analysis
Players will analyze professional squash matches helping them gain a better understanding of the game while watching top players compete on the world stage. We will talk about technique and go over various ways of reading and learning the game!
3:30pm-5:00pmSquash/Drills/Conditioning Games
Campers will apply what they learned in the morning into their play against other campers and coaches in the afternoon. All the games done during this session will be garnered toward improving tactical decision making in match play. Video analysis will implemented during these sessions so that campers can critique their own game with a coach.

A review of the day will take place where each player will go through their positives and negatives in order to gain a better grasp of what they are accomplishing on a daily basis.
