The Penn Squash Camp is designed to help beginner, intermediate, and elite players develop their game in a brand new, world-class facility. Campers receive elite level instruction from the Penn’s Head Coaches. Staff accolades include: top 50 PSA world ranking, National Championships, United States Olympic Committee Coach and Athlete of the Year, multiple All-American and All-Ivy award winners. We focus on technique, tactics, mental toughness, fitness and goal setting. Campers will graduate better players and take home concepts to work on in preparation for next season!

Open to all kids ages 10-18. All campers will receive a camp t-shirt with their participation in camp. All food and activities are covered through registration fees.


Session 2: June 28 - July 2 DAY CAMPER

Refund Policy:

Penn Squash Camp reserves the right to cancel a week due to low numbers. If this is the case, all money will be returned with the exception of the processing fee. If the participant cancels before June 1st, they will receive all money back with the exception of the processing fee. If the participant cancels after June 1st all money with the exception of $600 and processing fee will be returned to participant unless spot is filled by another camper off of the waiting list.

Daily Schedule

7:30am Wake Up
7:45am-8:30am Breakfast
8:45am Drop Off for Day Campers
9:00am-11:30am Routines, Drills, and Technique/Fitness with Trainers
Campers are split up into two groups where they work closely with coaches as they go through routines and drills to improve their technique. After squash, campers will get fitness instruction from Penn’s strength and conditioning coaches in the varsity weight room.
11:30am Stretching
Campers will cool down, stretch and review the morning session in preparation for afternoon matches and.
12:30-2:00pm Lunch
A healthy lunch will be provided in order for everyone to replenish their energy for the afternoon session.
2:00pm-3:30pm Video Analysis
Campers will watch video of PSA professionals and their own play. Penn’s facility automatically records all camp sessions. Campers will have the opportunity to download their matches for future review.
3:30pm-5:00pm Matchplay
Campers apply morning takeaways to their play against other campers and coaches in the afternoon. All the afternoon games are geared toward tactical improvements.
5:15pm-5:45pm Cool Down
A review of the day will take place where each camper will do a self assessment in order to gain a better understanding of what they are accomplishing.
6:15pm-7:30pm Dinner
8:00pm-9:30pm Evening Activities
10pm Sign In
11pm Lights Out
